The Presidential Community for the Support of Gifted Youth was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 15, 2025, No. UP-86, as part of the implementation of the “President’s Gifted Children” initiative.

Its creation represents a logical continuation of efforts to develop national intellectual capital and to support a new generation of leaders capable of contributing to the construction of a prosperous and sustainable New Uzbekistan.

The Presidential Community brings together graduates of Presidential Schools, the Al-Beruni International Boarding School, New Uzbekistan University, recipients of the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation scholarship, participants of the national program supporting the “President’s Gifted Children” initiative, graduates of leading foreign universities, and specialists who have gained education and experience in reputable international organizations.

The Community provides its members with opportunities to access prestigious professional roles in Uzbekistan, fosters cooperation among highly qualified specialists with international experience, facilitates knowledge and experience exchange, and supports the implementation of significant public projects.

Thus, the Presidential Community is envisioned as a mechanism to encourage the return of compatriots educated and trained abroad, and to promote their active involvement in the reform and development processes of their homeland.
